Joni Hernly is the Business Manager/Grant Administrator at Hernly Associates. She was twice co-convener of the Kansas State Historic Preservation Conference and served as Secretary on the Lawrence Preservation Alliance Board for three years. Joni works on Federal, State & local tax credit applications and grant administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. Joni is also Owner of Hernly Environmental, Inc., a 100% woman owned and operated small business providing testing for Mold, Asbestos, Radon & Lead-Based Paint. She enjoys spending time with family and reading with her book club of more than 25 years.
