Project Delivery Methods
We are familiar with and can offer services using either a traditional Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build method.
Design – Bid – Build (The Traditional Method)
An owner hires and contracts with the architect and builder independently. Building plans are delivered to the owner who can solicit bids or proposals from builders.
Design-Build
An owner hires and contracts with the architect and builder together as a team. Design professionals work inter-disciplinarily to produce drawing for an owner.
