Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex is a complex in Olathe, Kansas with nine world class all turf soccer fields. Hernly Associates assisted with the building designs as well as the west and east entrance and dining canopies.
The Heartland Soccer Office building is 6,454 square-feet, featuring an indoor/outdoor concession stand, two public restrooms, and the Kansas Youth Soccer Office. The second building is 566 square feet, has two public restrooms and an outdoor vending area. Both buildings were designed to be accessible, including the bathrooms, entrances, and drinking fountains. They each have concrete flooring with an epoxy finish and a standing seam metal roof on plywood and wood trusses. The final building is a 1,200 square-foot storage space with four storage units
The identical entrance canopies are 15′ by 20′. Columns are completed with a steel mesh column wrap and feature soccer balls on top. Round steel posts connect the arched standing seam roof. The dining canopy features a 16′ center post, with connecting triangular fabric membrane canopies to cover the dining area. An open dining area is also available.
