Prairiebrooke Duplexes and Fourplexes Expansion

This project is an expansion of the existing Prairiebrooke duplexes. It will include two and three bedroom duplexes and fourplexes. The fourplex structures will function as four single-family dwellings with four one-car garages. The duplexes will host two single-family dwellings with two one-car garages.
Each dwelling has two to three bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, living room, one to three bathrooms, and storage spaces. Each complex has its own yard/outdoor space. The complexes have both hardwood flooring and carpet. Each unit is equipped with safety requirements. This project also includes the addition of accessible duplexes, which feature a spacious interior space.
The expansion will be adjacent to the 76 existing units. unit size will range from 1,000 square feet to 1,400 square feet. They will be equipped with amenities, such as internet access, air conditioning and heating, kitchen appliances, and washer and dryer connections. Once completed, the units will be available to rent.
